This website suburbanmutt.com accepts ONLY Pick Up from shop orders of dog food & dog treats. Local Pick up from shop orders will be ready with 2 hours of placing the order. Deadline for same day pick up is 4 p.m. Orders placed AFTER 4 p.m. on weekdays will be ready for next day pick up. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for local pick up after 9 a.m. on Monday or any weekday. We will send you order ready status via email or text as soon as you place your local order.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your product/s, you may return it to us. Returns must be made within 7 business days of online purchase (7- day return policy). Return item or items must be unused, in original packaging with manufacturer tags. No return on damaged item/s. No returns or exchanges on dog food or dog treat bags that have been opened.
Call us at 281-574-4440 OR visit us on our ‘Contact Us” page on this website and enter “Product Return” as your Subject. Please provide order number. Your invoice has this information.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and a refund will be credited to your account using the original method of payment. (*If applicable). Allow 5-7 business days for amount to be credited to your credit/debit card.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, pl. call us at 281-574-4440. Exchange policy is the same as our return policy.
