“You” (the customer) agree to and accept to be bound by these Terms and other applicable policies.

  1. Order acceptance

Please know, receipt by you of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell by Suburban Mutt. Verification of an identity, ownership of the account, payment authorization and other payment-related information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Product offerings are provided on an “As is” and “As Available” basis. We reserve the right without prior notification, to refuse an offer to purchase, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order placed online.

  1. Online Return

Policy and Refunds
a. Return must be made within 3 business days of online Purchase using any of these shipping methods:
Home Delivery: We will pick up from your doorstep.
Curbside Pickup: Return Products to shop during business hours.

b. A refund of the purchase price minus any delivery charges (if applicable) via the original payment method used at checkout time will be made once the item/s are returned. Funds will be deposited into your account within 5-10 business days.

  1. Damaged items

c. If you receive an item or items that are damaged on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 281-574-4440 or by texting us at 713-835-9289 with a photo of the damage, if possible. We will replace the Product or Products and issue you a refund. (Paragraph 2b.).

d. If a Product is returned to us damaged and you have not informed us that the Product was damaged when your received it, then we may refuse your right to cancel or receive a refund.
e. All returns must be made within 3 business days in original condition with manufacturer tags. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product or Products while they are in your possession. No returns or exchanges will be made on open containers- bags-boxed items-frozen items-chews-toys-dog beds and dog mats unless the Product carries manufacturers’ warranty for such claims.

  1. Canceling your order.

f. You may cancel your order for products prior to delivery for any reason and receive a full refund by calling 281-574-4440.

g. Grooming Packages: Current Grooming customers have the option of paying online after a grooming service is completed and before the pet is picked up from the salon. Grooming is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. No refund is issued if a pet has been serviced (groomed) by us. Suburban Mutt Grooming Salon Waiver signed by the customer stands as a binding contract between the customer and Suburban Mutt. Refund, if any, will be made at the sole discretion of the management.

If a customer pre-pays for a grooming package WITHOUT scheduling an appointment with us, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to accept or reject any grooming appointment.

  1. Delivery and Curbside Pick Up

We currently deliver pet food, treats, toys and pet supplies to two local zip codes- 77494 and 77450. We are working to expand our delivery areas.

Delivery is FREE for all retail orders over $49.00*.

Orders under $49.00* are delivered at a flat rate of $3.00

MINIMUM ORDER for delivery is $35.00*

Delivery time depends on the time your order was placed. We will contact you with delivery time once your order is received.

Curbside pick – up from shop is available. Just check curbside pick-up at check-out time. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.

All online orders placed between 12:30 a.m.and 5 p.m. are eligible for SAME DAY DELIVERY Monday through Friday. Saturday SAME DAY DELIVERY orders must be placed before 4 p.m. Deliveries are made between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. depending on the time the order was placed.

All orders are fulfilled for delivery within a reasonable time of the order being placed online unless there are exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right todefer the date of delivery or to cancel an order for all circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to bad weather, any lockdown, fire, explosion, accident or stoppage of or affecting our business or work and which prevents or hinders the delivery of the Products or performance of any Services related to dog grooming wherein, if any, advance payment has been made on our website for those Services prior to being performed.

*Prior to sales tax and after any discounts are applied.

  1. Warranty and Product Description

We warrant to you that any products purchased from us through our site will on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. No other claim, warranty or guarantee is made on any Products sold on this site by us other than manufacturer’s guarantee on their Product. (Refer to paragraph 3e. posted above).

You expressly agree that your use of Products offered by Suburban Mutt is at your sole risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suburban Mutt, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing. Any oral or written description of any Product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an additional express warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties, if so, such disclaimer may not apply to you.

  1. Manufacturer’s Frequent Buyer Program
    As a small independent retailer, we will honor all and any online purchase made on this site of dog or cat food bags that are part of the Manufacturer’s Frequent Buyer Program (FROMM, PRIMAL, ZIGNATURE, 13th bag FREE program).
  2. Sales Tax
    Products and Services prices do not include sales tax. State and local taxes are added at check – out time.
  3. Prices
    Prices and availability of Products and Services on this Site are subject to change without notice. Any errors made on pricing will be fixed as soon as we are aware of them. Suburban Mutt may at our sole discretion revoke any stated offer or sale price.
  4. Your Responsibility
    By making a purchase on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and for restricting access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately. We may terminate and/ or restrict an account for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.
  5. Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by local and state laws of Texas.
