If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are happy to take it back. Returns must be made within 3 business days of online purchase using any of these shipping methods:
Home Delivery: We will pick up from your doorstep.
Curbside Pickup: Return Product to shop.
Return item or items must be in original condition with manufacturer tags. No returns or exchanges will be made on open containers-bags- boxed items-frozen items-toys-chews-dog beds, and dog mats, unless the Product carries manufacturers’ warranty for such claims.

Canceling your order
You may cancel your order for products prior to delivery for any reason and receive a full refund by calling 281-574-4440.
Grooming Packages: Current Grooming customers have the option of paying online after a grooming service is completed and before the pet is picked up from the salon. Grooming is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
No refund is issued if a pet has been serviced (groomed) by us.
Suburban Mutt Grooming Salon Waiver signed by the customer stands as a binding contract between the customer and Suburban Mutt. Refund, if any, will be made at the sole discretion of the management. If a customer pre-pays for a grooming package WITHOUT scheduling an appointment with us, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any grooming appointment.
A refund of the purchase price minus any delivery charges (if applicable) via the payment method used at checkout time will be made once the item/s are returned. Funds will be deposited into your account within 2 weeks or less.
If you receive an item or items that are damaged on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 281-574-4440 or by texting us at 713-835-9289 with a photo of the damage, if possible. We will replace the Product or Products or issue you a refund.
If a Product is returned to us damaged and you have not informed us that the Product was damaged when your received it, then we may refuse your right to cancel or receive a refund.
· We currently deliver pet food, treats, toys and other pet supplies to two local zip codes – 77494 and 77450. We are working to expand our delivery areas.
· Delivery is FREE for retail orders over $49.00*
· Orders under $49.00* are delivered at a flat rate of $3.00
· MINIMUM ORDER for delivery is $30.00*
· Delivery time depends on the time your order was placed. We will contact you with delivery time once your order is received.
Curbside pick from shop is available. Just check curbside pickup at check-out time. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.
Same Day Delivery
All online orders placed before 5 p.m. are eligible for SAME DAY DELIVERY
Monday through Friday. Saturday SAME DAY DELIVERY orders must be placed before 4 p.m.
Deliveries are made between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. depending on the time the order was placed.
All orders are fulfilled for delivery within a reasonable time of the order being placed online unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel an order for all circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to bad weather, any lockdown, fire, explosion, accident or stoppage of or affecting
our business or work and which prevents or hinders the delivery of the Products or performance of any Services related to dog grooming wherein, if any, advance payment has been made on our website for those Services prior to being performed.
Products and Services prices do not include sales tax. State and local taxes are added at check – out time.
